Dear =
Mohamed,

ILS is covering =
the costs for this initiative, and Sameh is already informed, as we had =
previously introduced this company to the ILS Board members. In fact, =
the Board participated in an online workshop back in March focused on =
developing a marketing plan.

The main goal is =
to increase the visibility of ILS and its events globally, in line with =
our ambition to see Lifesaving included as an Olympic sport at the =
Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games.

BTB has a =
long-standing involvement in the lifesaving community, primarily in =
Australia, and is now collaborating with ILS on both the Lifesaving =
World Championships and the Brisbane 2032 Olympic =
bid.

What makes ILS =
particularly appealing to the IOC is its strong humanitarian mission. =
For this reason, expanding our public outreach—particularly =
through enhanced publicity—is essential. BTB’s expertise in =
social media and international promotion can significantly benefit this =
effort.

Their support =
will come at no cost to the EDLF and the WCDP2025 can benefit from their =
experience and skills in social media. Therefore, it would be ideal for =
the individual responsible for social media within the LOC to =
collaborate with BTB to elevate our digital =
presence.

I hope this =
clarifies the situation, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if =
you need any further information.

Kind =
regards
,

Karin

Management

Dear =
Karin;

As I understood from Ingy, we have a social media =
specialised in the local organising =
team.

Of course the BTB will have wider and previous experience =
working with the ILS.

Would you =
please let me know some info to introduce the issue to the EDLF =
president.

Who is paying for the BTB, the ILS or =
EDLF?

Regards.

Hello Mohamed, =
Wim, and members of the WCDP2025 Local Organising Committee =
members,

I would like to =
introduce BTB (Beyond the Break), the company that ILS has engaged to =
manage social media and enhance the visibility of ILS, as well as =
provide multimedia support.

BTB will assist =
in promoting the WCDP2025 event by sharing timely information across =
social media channels. They specialise in increasing publicity and =
visibility for events like ours.

I have copied =
Michelle Cook and Grant Baldock from BTB on this email. They will be =
reaching out to you shortly.
